With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death on Thursday evening of Betty Sommerfeld Miner, mother of Donald (Kathy) Miner, grandmother of Jonathan (Maureen) Miner, Robin (Erica) Miner, great-grandmother of Elijah and Rosemary. We also extend our condolences to Don's sisters and brother-in-law, Nancy Ulrich and Shelley and Norris Graser, and their children and grandchildren.
Betty was 93. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edwin Miner.
The Miner family will observe shivah during Beth Israel Center's services on Zoom as follows:
- Wednesday morning and evening at 8:00 am and 5:30 pm
- Thursday morning at 8:00 am
- Friday morning at 8:00 am
- Sunday evening at 6:30 pm*
- Monday morning at 8:00 am
*During the Sunday evening gathering, the family will share photos and memories.
