With great sadness, we write to inform you that Ilene Princer Laufman, wife of Mark Laufman, sister of Diane P. Lezama, mother to Kimberly Laufman (Andy) Abrams, Jonathan (Arielle) Laufman, Scott Laufman, and grandmother to Lauren, Alex, Isabella, Ava, Logan, Gabrielle, and Reid. Ilene passed away on Tuesday, May 26, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ilene was a former Jewish Federation of Madison board member, served on several committees, and chaired the Women's Campaign in the 80's and early 90's.

There will be a private funeral service, and a family remembrance for Ilene will take place at a later date. Shiva will be announced at a later time. More information will be posted here when available.
