With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death on May 14 of Janice Kaplan, wife of Richard Kaplan z"l, mother of Allen (Jennifer) Kaplan, and grandmother of Ian and Finnegan Kaplan. She was 80 years old.

The funeral service will take place on Sunday, May 21, at 11:00 am on the east side at Cress Funeral Home, 3325 East Washington Ave, Madison, WI.

Following the service, burial will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery, 1 Speedway Road, Madison, WI.

Shiva will be held at Janice’s home at 2:00 pm. There will be a service at 2:30 pm to enable people who do not drive at night to attend. The family will provide a light lunch, but feel free to bring a dish if you would like.
