With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death of Jeanne Ruth Silverberg, wife of Joe, mother of David (Betsy Huebel), Steve (Lisa Gaumnitz), and Cindy Kamps (David); grandmother of Hailey Riggle, Sam Silverberg and Jack Silverberg; sister-in-law of Bernice Dinion; and cousin of Laura Fellman. Jeanne passed away peacefully after a short illness on March 11, 2021. She was 90 years old.
Jeanne was a dear friend and supporter of the Jewish Federation of Madison and our community. In 1980 she was the recipient of the Ben Minkoff Volunteer Service Award. She was a dedicated volunteer and board member to several organizations, including Temple Beth El Sisterhood and Jewish Social Services.
A small family funeral is planned with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
