Jeffrey Erlanger was a beloved member of the Temple Beth El community and a disability activist who left a profound mark on our community before he passed away in 2007 at the age of 36. In August 2023, the Madison Parks Foundation opened the Jeffrey Erlanger Accessible Playground at Rennebohm Park. To celebrate the 34th anniversary of the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and honor Jeffrey Erlanger's memory, we will have a pre-Shabbat playdate at the Jeffrey Erlanger Accessible Playground. During the playground meetup, we will provide some light snacks, share a few words about Jeffrey Erlanger, and let the kids go wild!
