With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death on March 28 of James Allen Shapiro, son of Irving and Nadine (Schuster) Shapiro, z”l, father of Paul and Nathan Shapiro, ex-husband and good friend of Robin Shapiro, brother of Michael (Tanya) and Robert (Katherine Zirbel), uncle of Maya, Samuel, Isabel, and Zena, and nephew of Susan (Dr. Don, z”l) Schuster. He was 69.
The funeral will be held on Sunday, April 7, at Cress Funeral Home, 6021 University Avenue, Madison. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, and memorial service at 11:00 am. Burial will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery immediately following.
