With great sadness, we write to inform you that Phillip Ratner, husband of Ellen; father of Hal Ratner (Jeanine Magill), Sari Ratner Judge (Mike), Marni Ratner, Jennifer Ratner-Rosenhagen (Ulrich); grandfather of Eli, Caleb, Hope, Amelie, Noah, Leo, Gabriel, Charlie, and Jonah; brother of Harvey Ratner (Carole), Arlene Engle (Stuart), and Carol Miles (Keith Villere), and former husband of Miriam Lavine Ratner, died on November 9, at the age of 86.
The funeral was in Maryland.
