With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death of Rachel Siegel, wife of Peter Siegel, mother and mother-in-law of Jeff and Sheryl Spitzer-Resnick, H. Nathan and Aurora Resnick, and Sarah Resnick Cohen and Steve Cohen, and Henry Douglas, z"l, sister of Selden Tachna, z"l, grandmother of Joshua Spitzer-Resnick, Zachary and Jordan Resnick, Dylan Resnick, Jonah Cohen and Leah Cohen, and stepmother of Carolyn Siegel (Kevin Rhoades). Rachel died on Monday, December 25, 2023, at the age of 88.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, December 27, followed by seven days of shiva in the Detroit area.
